Reviews
Loved the hotel. Helpful staff, nicely appointed rooms with great bathroom products, great location, loved the spa. It was strange to navigate through the narrow streets of the old city together. Kept thinking we were going the wrong way.
Spent 4 nights here in August 2023 - what a fantastic hotel. From the ambiance, great service, food and amazing staff! We can’t wait to return.
We had an amazing holiday here! Fantastic hotel and spa, everything was high quality including the restaurant and service we received. The spa and treatments were very relaxing, highly recommended. Very nice location and our room overlooked the lake with views of the castle and boats in the distance, well worth paying a little bit extra for that. Excellent location to access the Old Town, Jamaica Beach and the boat service on the lake. The staff were very attentive and friendly, really made us feel welcome, loved it!
Room was lovely, clean and spacious, with hardwood flooring.
The check-in staff was not very friendly so not a great first impression but everyone else was lovely and helpful.
All areas clean and tidy at all times.
Had a fantastic week's stay here. This is a lovely hotel, we found all the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was fantastic, a good size and overlooking the lake with a large balcony. The bed was large, although initially they do feel quite firm but we found it to be very comfy and we slept really well. Breakfast is fantastic with a really good choice and lovely to eat on the Veranda. Very much enjoyed our complimentary spa visit and loved the pool area and gardens .. will definitely return ...
A few days here for our short break to Lake Garda. Rented a car and drove to this hotel from Milan Bergamo airport BGY. Takes approx 1hr 10m to get to the hotel via the toll road (an easy drive using Google maps) apart from the crazy Italian drivers, they obviously don't cover safe stopping distances in their driving tests! You have to drive through the ZTL zone to get to the hotel and have to supply your car number plate to the hotel in advice to access the zone. Do this via email or phone call and when you arrive at the ZTL, the barrier will read your plate and let you in. Then comes the fun part! You have to navigate through the crowds down small lanes that are barely wider than your car, a real eye opener! Just take your time and it's fine. A lovely welcome from the hotel and parking available on site (€10 per day). Staff parked the car for me while I took cases up to the room. Lovely clean and modern room with lovely porcelain tiles. Not the best view from our room (360) but you can't have great views from every room. Lovely big superking bed that is firm but comfortable. Good air con in the room and lovely big Samsung TV with all the usual apps. USB sockets available either side of the bed, perfect to charge your phones over night. Breakfast was lovely, served on the verandah with views of the lake, with a great selection, the croissant are delicious. A good selection of juices to choose from too. Pool area nice and chilled, found 2 loungers after lunch time so no need to do any silly towel reservations. Didn't eat dinner here so can't comment on this. Good location allows a short walk to Grotte Di Castillo and Jamaica Beach (a bit up hill if going direct from the hotel, for those with mobility issues I'd recommend the land train available just up the road towards town). Very friendly and helpful staff, thanks go out to them for making our stay a good one. Overall I'd recommend and would probably stay here again if coming back to Sermione. Grazie Mille!
This was my second stay here. This hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I ever been to. Definitely, we will come again!
A really fantastic hotel. Having visited Lake Garda many times I’m so happy to have discovered this place. It’s a tranquil oasis in the middle of bustling Sirmione. Our room was well maintained with large balconies overlooking the lake and great air conditioning. The room cleaning was excellent every day with fresh toiletries always provided when needed. The staff were so helpful with everything we needed. The pool and spa area are fantastic. The breakfast service was slightly inconsistent, sometimes the items seemed to run out quickly and it could take a while to get a coffee but these are very minor complaints and I cannot wait to come back here next year.
